Returns


We only accept returns if:

- You receive the wrong product.

- The product packaging is damaged during delivery.


To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product.


Refunds


Refunds are only applicable if:


- The product received is damaged.

- The wrong item was delivered.

- Your order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received.


Once your request is approved, the refund process will be completed within 7 working days.


Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

- The customer changes their mind after receiving the order.

- Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.


Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
